Tradewind Social Care Recruitment
Tradewind Social Care are currently recruiting for a Qualified Adult's Social Worker in Herefordshire.
Main duties:
- Adults and Communities are developing adult social care services in keeping with the new responsibilities under the Care Act April 2014
- Solid knowledge base within adult social work and strong interpersonal and organisational skills with a developed understanding of social care practice and legislation
- To have the ideas, values and knowledge that ensure that our responses are person centred, strength based, safe and effective with a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for the individuals you support
- To work on your own initiative in order to meet the requirements of the assessment and review process
Essential Skills & Experience needed:
- Experience of working with adults with Learning Disabilities/Mental Health/Continuing Healthcare/S117/MCA would be an advantage
- Minimum 2 years' experience

· Must have a recognised professional Social Work Qualification: DipSW, CQSW or equivalent
|
|
|
· Must hold SWE registration
|
|
· Must have a satisfactory enhanced DBS outcome
|
