My client is actively seeking an implementor of the Care Quality Commission regulations.

Role & Requirements:

  • An experienced implementor of the Care Quality Commission Regulations who is able to meet all requirements and assessments regulated by the CQC to ensure that the service aspects of the business are met.
  • Can advise on setting appropriate service objectives that align with the business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prepare policies, processes, procedures and other documentation to meet the service requirements (safeguarding, consent and considering the user's mental capacity are of the highest priority and that processes and procedures must be established taking this into account).
  • Facilitate internal and external audit and submissions.
  • Liaise with the CQC for inspections, reporting incidents and report changes as per regulations.
  • Facilitate training and awareness for all service staff.
  • May be required to monitor and document the service through regular meetings with staff to review safety, complaints and feedback from service users and staff, then make improvements accordingly.
