Tradewind Social Care Recruitment
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the management of a multi-disciplinary community mental health team for older people and contribute to the development of service provision.
Main Duties:

To incorporate the Equal Opportunities Policies in all areas of work, with particular reference to discriminated against

To perform all duties with due regard to the principles of Customer Care

To work fairly and consistently with staff in implementing the employment procedures such as Recruitment and Selection, Fair Treatment, Disciplinary and Absence Management Policies

To assist in the production and implementation of the Service Plan, Business Plan and Unit Equality Plan

To be aware of appropriate financial procedures

To meet service standards as agreed with the Team Manager and Senior Management Team

To contribute to new service developments and to ensure that new initiatives are responsive to the needs of all customers.
