Team Leader - COVID 19 testing operations

Tradewind Social Care Recruitment are working with a local authority to appoint a Team Leader for the COVID-19 testing centre.

Team Leader: Covid-19 Testing Operations Supervisor / Team Leader role.

Day to day supervisions but will not exceed 10 people per supervisor role.

Experience and skills required:

• * NVQ3 level Health & Social Care
• * Team leader / Supervisor experience
• * Full understanding of Infection Control and PPE Key

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall on-site operations at the test site, with support from the wider Public Health team on a daily basis.
• You will manage the day-to-day workforce of 10 Testing Operations Assistants.
• * Running day-to-day operations including on-site workforce management, managing site health & safety and receiving and managing stock
• * Point of escalation for any issues on site, and escalates to local public health officials as appropriate
• * Ensure adherence to SOP and clinical guidance is maintained throughout operations, particularly
• * Responsible for safety and security of the site
• * If subjects raise any data privacy concerns, directs subjects to the Data Privacy Notice which explains how we will use their data
