Tradewind Social Care are currently recruiting for a Team Manager, to oversee staff in a Floating Support service in the Westminster area. The service provides flexible housing related support across all tenures; it aims to enable service users to continue to live independently within their own home, regardless of tenure type.

The role of the Team Manager is to lead the team in providing high quality support to vulnerable people living in mixed tenure accommodation with the focus on preventing tenancy breakdowns, support through resettlement, improving quality of life and promoting independence.

The team manager will ensure that all aspects of the service are delivered to the highest standard and are fully compliant with the organisational values and contractual requirements. This includes working within a strengths and recovery framework, ensuring that the needs and aspirations of the clients are at the centre of the support planning process and that all aspects of the service reflect current good practice.

The successful candidate will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working across Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM. Cover is required until the end of May 2020, with a possibility of extension.

To apply for this role, you must have: - Demonstrable experience of staff and service management and developing individuals to achieve their potential within a challenging and demanding setting - An ability to provide flexible and client centred solutions to identified issues - Experience of embedding psychologically informed methods of working within an outreach setting - Strong networking skills and proven ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Experiencing of self motivating, working under pressure and managing time effectively - Prioritising different areas of work according to need as well as developing projects or facilitating group work with community based clients
