Verification of Qualifications and Professional Registration i.e HCPC
Copies of all qualifications and registration documents are taken and recorded along with all training certificates issued in the last 12 months.

Enhanced DBS (Formerly known as CRB)
Tradewind Social Care applies for an Enhanced Disclosure for all candidates. Enhanced DBS certificates are renewed every year.

List 99 check
A List 99 clearance is performed for all candidates who interview with Tradewind Social Care to ensure candidates are not included on the list of known child offenders.
